The man accused of killing a homeless man with a chokehold in a New York City subway has released video statements through his attorneys.
In a series of videos, Daniel Penny says he was not trying to kill Neely, but just to restrain him until police arrived.
He also disputed the length of time Jordan Neely was placed in the chokehold.
Penny has been charged with manslaughter in Neely's death and is due back in court on July 17th.
